Dhanualti

SURKANDA DEVI TEMPLE:

It is considered as one of the Shaktipeethas, which is reached after travelling 8 km from Dhanaulti, followed by 2 km trek from Kaddukhal village. Once reached the top, the trekkers are rewarded with some splendid views of the mountains and green fields

ECO PARK:

Located just 1 km away from Dhanaulti, the Eco Park is a peaceful respite for the nature lovers as well as bird watchers. The site is flanked by Deodar trees, providing the phenomenally beautiful views of the Himalayas. The Eco park has two divisions i.e Amber and Dhara, both residing 200 m away from each other.

APPLE ORCHARD RESORT:

It is a fine resort surrounded by huge fields growing a variety of quality apples like the Golden Delicious, Early Sunberry, Red delicious and royal delicious. One can spend here a good time moving along the orchard and buying fresh apples.

CAMP THANGDHAR:

Thangdhar is an outstanding campsite, situated at an elevation of 2530 m, around 14 km away from Dhanaulti. Surrounded by nature’s bounty including the Pine and Deodar tree forest, the trekkers feel at bliss beholding the exceptional views of the Himalayas, once reaching the top. Along with trekking, snow camping, mountain climbing, and biking, this camp also organizes the local sightseeing activities.

POTATO FARM :

Joint venture of Government and few farmers - Potato Farm was formerly known as Aloo Khet. It is visited by many tourists to witness the nature in its raw form. The Farm is just a few kilometers walk away from the city market, perched at a point providing the spectacular views of the Doon valley.
